Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Looking to start supporting your health holistically? I’ve got you! The Initial consultation is essentially a deep dive into your health! The more information we gather, the better I can understand your concern/s and build a personalised plan to support you!
How does the consult work? $190 - 90 minute 1:1 in-depth consultation discussing your health concern/s, contributing factors, health of relevant body systems, personal and family medical history. Ideal for first appointment!

Follow-up Naturopathic Consultation
Our Follow-up consultation is the perfect check-in to keep you on track! Finding momentum, tweaking treatment plan and building our therapeutic relationship to ensure you feel supported throughout your journey!
How does the consult work? $110 - 1 hour 1:1 consultation checking in on post initial consultation, discussing any changes, supplement and/or herbal medicine, any new symptoms or relevant contributing factors.
Iridology Consultation
The Iris reflects inner wellness, predispositions to certain health conditions and potential weaknesses. I use the signs your Iris gives me to understand and analyse how I can support your health journey! Although Iridology is not diagnostic, it is one of the most powerful tools to understanding our body!
How does the consult work? $130 - 30 minute consultation. Iridology picture is taken, relevant health concerns are discussed before analysis which is briefly spoken about, then explained further in extensive written analysis and recommendations. *Service coming soon!
Acute Consultation
Come down with the flu? Struggling to sleep? Run out of herbs?
How does the consult work? $80 - 30 minute 1:1 consultation for acute conditions, check ins or supplement refresh. Not recommended if presenting with multiple health concerns, can be booked for short follow up or singular concern you would like support with. If you are unsure where to start, book free discovery call first.
